This is one of the best neighborhoods in Carlsbad. All the homes are about 10 years old or newer. You will drive by the beautiful Pecos River Flume on the the way to the house which is a large aqueduct that goes over the Pecos River. The home is on the north side of the city, and about a mile away from the main road with most restaurants in town.
